If you still cannot find the answer to your problem, make sure you email me what iPod generation you have, what OS and version you use, the format of your iPod (Mac/HFS+ or Windows Fat32), and how you connect your iPod to your computer (USB or FireWire). Additionally please tell me what you have tried already.
